Though we’re trying to do actual work, it’s very hard to concentrate knowing that somewhere, out there, there might be a new Boards of Canada album in the works, being pressed? Who knows. In a half-decade of absolute dystopian misery, it would be fitting now, wouldn’t it? It seems as relevant a time as any to write a ridiculously lengthy essay about Boards of Canada, which we might just do in the near future.
